Production of New Holland mini-loaders started in Russia

New Holland mini-wheel loaders began to roll off the assembly line of CNH Industrial’s plant in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The decision to launch the production of machines at the Chelny enterprise was made against the backdrop of growing demand for such equipment in Russia and the Republic of Belarus, the press service of the company specifies.

The first components for New Holland mini-loaders were supplied to the plant in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2021.

At the moment, the company produces two models of loaders of the brand with a skid steer and a vertical boom lift geometry.

Both cars, according to the manufacturer, are prepared for work in harsh climatic conditions – the list of standard equipment includes a winter package, as well as wear-resistant tires.

The base model – New Holland L318 – is produced in Naberezhnye Chelny in two trim levels; in a more “advanced” version, the machine is equipped with an air suspension seat, a hydraulic line with an increased flow, stabilization of attachments when equipment is moving. Both versions use mechanical controls and single speed motors. Such loaders can be used when servicing warehouses or trading floors, as well as when unloading dump trucks.

The “older” model L325 is equipped with a boom of the patented Super Boom design, in addition, the machine has better visibility thanks to narrow cab pillars and the presence of a rear-view mirror and side mirrors. The package includes ergonomic control handles, an air suspension seat, air conditioning, and auxiliary systems to stabilize the attachment during lifting and driving.

New Holland skid steer loaders feature an extended wheelbase, with engine power transmitted directly to the pumps for increased efficiency. Since 2020, we recall that at the CNH Industrial plant in Naberezhnye Chelny, Case mini-loaders have been produced.
